Cobar

Today we traveled 662km through lush green countryside along the Golden, Castlereagh, Mitchell, Oxley & Barrier Highways to arrive in Cobar as the sun was setting with the most magnificent of sunsets. At Nevertire we drove past kilometers of cotton fields which had been harvested into large round bales or semi trailer size rectangle blocks ready for delivery. A sight we have not seen before it was amazing as to the extent of the crop yield.
